I dipped my toe into nursing a decade ago, whilst motivated and inspired by this wonderful career, 2 years into my diploma I was unfortunate and not able to pursue my dream caused by physical injury. After a very grateful  recovery from surgery I started to see every "burden as a gift' and my gift was finding a deeper understanding how to keep and stay strong and healthy. I became more and more driven to find the answers to all my health questions...

Whilst spending time recovering and doctors offering me medication, I was very hesitant to subject my body to the potential toxic side effects. This experience a turning point for me, as I felt compelled to explore natural and holistic alternatives.

Upon completing a one-year course in "Diet and Nutrition" at the Mary Ward Centre in London, I realized that I had only scratched the surface of Nutritional Therapy. I became increasingly interested in the science behind nutrition and how functional medicine could assist me. I embarked on a three-year diploma in Biomedicine and Naturopathic Nutrition at the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I trained as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, completing over 200 hours of clinical training and learning to identify the connections between the systems of our body and mind and applying nutritional scientific based evidence. My  Journey began with the healing power of food, and voila, LET FOOD NOURISH was born.

How Can I Support You?

Like the majority of people, I really really enjoy food.  Many people think a Nutritionist  will  make you follow a rigid eating plan. This might worry you,  someone taking away the pleasures and joys  surrounded by food. But do not worry, that is not what I do! I do not promote any strict diet, on the contrary I support mindful and intuitive eating that focuses on my clients health. My aim is to  encourage positive changes that manifest into long lasting improvements supporting all facets of health; nutrition, activity, sleep and stress management. At Let Food Nourish,  I healthfully incorporate all the foods to enjoy to make you feel better! As a nutrigenomic practicioner I  personalise your nutrition plan to match your genetic variances in order to to stay healthy.

Preventative Health

Discover how to Eat Well and live a Healthy Lifestyle, to find your best balance that helps reduce your risk from disease and achieve good health for now and in the future. Environment and food intake  influence how our body functions. Either it protects against disease and restores health, or it can be a serious risk factor for many diseases and may alter our gene expression. When our body is imbalanced, symptoms starting to manifest. Nutritional Therapy can be used to prevent disease and many ailments.

Support Your Condition

Discover the right food for you, so you can manage and often reverse your condition and help you to take control of your health. I apply a Functional Medicine Model, recognising that each individual is uniqu. I look at what you eat but also how your body absorbs, processes and utilises that food. You could be eating perfectly healthy but  simply not absorbing the nutrients, which may cause you low in energy, frequent colds, headaches, insomnia, anxiety or other symptoms. I support  your health using personalised nutrition, food as medicine, advanced lab-testing and mind-body practices as the first line of intervention. As a qualified Nutrigenomics practicioner I offer DNA testing and interpretation, specialising in Women's Health.
